Event report #2: Restoring Livelihoods Through Culture in Yemen

On May 26-27, UNESCO and the European Union organised a virtual conference “Restoring Livelihoods Through Culture in Yemen” within the framework of the project “Cash for Work: Promoting Livelihood Opportunities for Urban Youth in Yemen”.

culture Solutions facilitated the conference, which brought together 1000 policy-makers, experts, creative professionals, cultural civil society organisations (CSOs) and academics who met online to share knowledge and know-how. The present event report #2 higlights the lessons learnt, by focusing on the key themes discussed and the perspectives on next steps and future growth.
